POLICIES

If you are unsure if you’re a good candidate for eyebrow tattooing, please contact me via email before booking an appointment. If you book an appointment and show up, unable to be tattooed for any reason in the list of policies, your appointment and deposit will be forfeited

• Technique and application used will depend on skin type and desired results. Hair strokes work best for clients with dry-normal skin, moderate skin thickness and moderate brow hair.
• Shading or combination techniques may work best for clients with oily skin, thin or sensitive epidermises, clients with little to no brow hair or those needing major shape correction.
• Corrections are considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval. Please contact me so we may consult via email.
• I cannot tattoo clients with rosacea on the forehead or brow.
• I am unable to tattoo over raised moles, abrasions, blemishes, eczema, or similar irregularities in the brow area.
• I cannot tattoo over hair transplants in the brow area.
• You must be off Accutane for 1 year and not be using retinoids or acids on the brows for 30 days.
• You must be 18 or older with valid photo id to get tattooed.
• You may not get tattooed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• It is required that you have no sun/tanning bed exposure for 30 days before and after your procedure. Sun exposure/damage can result in increased sensitivity, loss of pigment, change of brow color or scarring. Please take this into consideration when scheduling in the summer or around vacations.
• Clients currently in, or less than 6 months out of treatment for cancer or autoimmune diseases must bring written consent from their treating physician.
• If you are having an MRI, it must be no sooner than 30 days after brow tattooing.

Deposits & Rules

• A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. Your deposit will go toward your appointment. Deposits on new appointments are refundable within one week of **booking** – otherwise Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. To be clear – appointments that are canceled one week before scheduled date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• In addition, you will only be allowed to reschedule an appointment ONCE. If you need to reschedule a SECOND time you will lose your initial. deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule the 3rd appointment.
• A $50 deposit is required for yearly refresh appointments. You just give a minimum of 1 weeks notice to reschedule or cancel the appointment. Giving less than 1 weeks notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• There is a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule policy, and a 15 minute late policy. Please take into account traffic and parking time to avoid being late for your session.
• Be advised, giving less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit or paying 50% of the appointment to rebook. If you do not show up for your appointment, cancel same day, or simply cannot make it within 15 minutes of your appointment time you’ll be charged the full cost of the appointment.  When in doubt, call ahead if you think you will be late. 
• If you think you will be more than 5 minutes late, please text and let me know you are still attending your appointment.
• If you think you will be more than 15 minutes late, please text and see if I am able to accommodate you, otherwise we will reschedule your appointment.
• If you do not call or no show your appointment you will be charged the full price of the appointment. Penalty must be paid before rebooking.
• I accept cash or major credit cards.
• Should you bring a guest, there is a small waiting area, but please ask them to be respectful of our session.

Appointment Preparation

• You will shape your eyebrows prior to your appointment if you have a specific shape preference.
• If you are unsure, or wanting to possibly change your existing shape, you may grow them out and they will be groomed during your appointment.
• If you wish to wax or thread them, please do so at least 5 days before your appointment.
• It is required that you have no sun/tanning bed exposure for 30 days before and after your procedure.
• Please account for both your initial and follow up appointments if you have a vacation planned where you will be getting sun.
• You will not be able to exercise the day of or 3 days after your appointment. This includes any and all activities that produce sweat.
• Please do not take blood thinners for 24 hours before your appointment. This includes aspirin, niacin, vitamin E, fish oil, alcohol, and caffeine unless advised by a physician.
• Do not tint or dye your brows for 5 days before your appointment.
• Botox or filler must be done a minimum of 2 weeks before or after all brow appointments.
• You must bring current photo identification with you.
